Those pictures you see in the glossy magazines and on social media of buff tanned males and slim toned women are not what represent the majority in today’s society.

We understand that people have busy lives. We understand that not everyone has 2 hours a day to spend in the gym.

At Raise we keep it real. We want to help you get the results you want, while living the life you want. Small sacrifices will have to be made along the way, and we are not going to sugar coat it and tell you it will be easy.

Anthony, 40

Anthony came to us and was sick of the life he was living. Poor sleep, nutrition and lifestyle habits had his life spiralling out of control.

He knew he needed to make some changes if he wanted a better quality of life.

We gave him an easy to follow nutritional plan, cut out all alcohol, and after we got his weight under 110 kg we introduced “Run/Walks” to his training.

The results are spectacular. 65 kg of body fat lost in 6 months and he looks like a new person. There was no crash dieting, no meal replacement shakes, no cutting carbs. Anyone can achieve this result with the right direction in life!

Lisa came to us years post partum. She hadn’t been able to lose her post baby weight and wanted some help.

Lisa has a hobby of flying gliders and she was struggling with her concentration and stamina while in the air carrying the extra weight. Since losing the weight, she has noticed a remarkable improvement in her energy, concentration and stamina while flying.

One of our “Premium” Success Stories!

Another man whose life had become out of control and things were spiralling fast! Paul knew he needed to make some changes.

We completely overhauled his diet, started progressive overload weight training and introduced running once his weight came down.

The results are spectacular! 45 kg of body fat lost, muscle built and now he looks like a new and different man — he’s running half marathons, back playing Masters AFL and living a healthy and productive life!

Mirna is one of our most AMAZING Success Stories. It hasn’t been easy for her but she has chipped away each week and each month to lose close to 40 kg since she started with us! She was a little too shy for an initial “Before Photo” at her biggest weight.

This little paragraph won’t begin to do her justice as to how far she has come. It has been an incredible journey. She has changed her whole life, both physically and mentally. Her mindset and determination have pushed her training to new limits and she should be an inspiration to anyone who thinks that they can’t do it.

Wyatt came in for a body scan, and decided enough was enough — it was time to make a change. We started off slow and steady, changing his nutrition, 3 weights sessions per week and introducing “Run/Walks” after the first 2 months once we had a schedule in place.

The results speak for themselves. By increasing his protein and cutting down on drinking, Wyatt was able to drop 30 kg over 5 months.

As a VERY busy, working mum with two kids, Larissa has every excuse not to work out as much as she does. INSTEAD she makes it a permanent part of her life. So, she made it easier for herself. Set up a home gym, followed the workouts we programmed for her, trained multiple times when away for family holidays.

Never backed down from a challenge, pushed herself outside of our sessions. Lost close to 7 kg while maintaining muscle and all this while managing a busy career, 2 kids and a family.
