How we coach

Coaching one-on-one or with a friend

One on One Coaching

45-minute sessions, one client and a coach’s full attention.

Every One on One client follows a program that is tailored to them — their needs, their goals, their movement patterns and mobility. We are focused on getting clients the best results possible, in the best environment possible: real training, real results.

2 on 1 Coaching

Don’t think you can do it One on One? We also offer 2 on 1 sessions as well, so you can train with a friend.

Bring a partner, friend or family member and start together — each of you still trains to your own goals.

What is Small Group Coaching?

Small Group Training allows you to train more often at a cheaper rate than One on One Training. Each client still does their own program — some people prefer to train alone, some people prefer to train with others.

As results come faster the more you train and commit to the lifestyle, the more we see you the better. Each client follows a program that is tailored to them and their needs and goals.

Clients will do variations of Squats, Deadlifts, Pull Ups/Pull Downs, Rows, OH Pressing, Stepping Up and Lunging, based on their movement patterns and mobility.

We can tailor a program to suit anyone. Our goal is to get you moving better and more often, whilst teaching you about Nutrition, Sleep and Recovery.

What’s included with your coaching

Raise Strength and Conditioning offers real value for money. As well as your sessions, we offer tailored food plans and additional training plans to all of our clients, and provide on-going adjustments, advice and support on both your training and nutrition — all of these things are at no extra cost!

  • Tailored food plans with on-going adjustments and support
  • A personalised training plan to follow outside of your studio sessions
  • On-going advice and support on both your training and nutrition
  • A towel provided for each workout

While other trainers charge extra for these services, with Raise all of this is included. We want you to succeed and achieve your goals!

Nutrition done right

Personalised Food Plans

We tailor our food plans to your individual goals and tastes. We ask YOU what you would like to eat and then write your plan with that information. And… you get a Treat of your choice EVERY DAY!

The centre of our plans are Macro Nutrients (Macros), of which there are four:

  • Protein
  • Carbohydrates
  • Fat
  • Fibre

Most other plans only give you one daily option. What do we think of that? Boring! We give you 3 daily options that you can decide on each day or ahead of time.
