Train more, train together
Small Group Training allows you to train more often at a cheaper rate than One on One Training. Each client still does their own program — some people prefer to train alone, some people prefer to train with others.
As results come faster the more you train and commit to the lifestyle, the more we see you the better. Each client follows a program that is tailored to them and their needs and goals.
Clients will do variations of Squats, Deadlifts, Pull Ups/Pull Downs, Rows, OH Pressing, Stepping Up and Lunging, based on their movement patterns and mobility.
We can tailor a program to suit anyone. Our goal is to get you moving better and more often, whilst teaching you about Nutrition, Sleep and Recovery.
