Dan joined us with a CrossFit background. Work and life had gotten in the way of training and nutrition. He wanted a simple, no fuss nutrition plan and an easy to follow training guide that he could do with the equipment he had at home.
Due to the long hours on the tools, coming to the studio was out of the question. So we got to work on both — simple meals and a short 30–40 min workout routine 5 days a week.
The results speak for themselves. Awesome work brother!
